Mrs 'Still have a dirty car'

The centre did not know of my booking as apparently the website was not working correctly. When asked if they could still do a 'mini valet' on my car the man replied that he didn't really want to spend the day washing says in the rain! He quickly looked at the inside and said it would be at least an £85 job. Consequently I got my children to clean it instead.

Unprofessional

Booked to have a valet online, booking confirmed, only to turn up in the day and be told they don't do valets on Saturday. Left with no service - very disappointing

Disappointed

Gave my car early May for a valet and when my husband went to collect it he was told that the emplyees George and Wes had accidentally reversed my Nx into another car. They apologised profusely and said they never had done that in seven years of business. We had no reason to doubt their sincerity. We were promised ( I have the chain of messages) that it would be fixed very soon and the owner confirmed it in writing in between his many travels (?). It's been two and a half months of us chasing them and being told it will be done soon as the 'part' has arrived. Starting to feel as though we are being given the run around. Very poor customer service for customers who have been coming to you since you started the business. Not happy at all. No good comes to businesses trying to fool customers.

Very unprofessional

Booking never confirmed. Tried phoning numerous times. Left them messages but no response what so ever. Unbelievable poor company. Don't know why they bother to use this service
