Working in conjunction with our online directory, you can add our easy to use integrated online booking facility to help grow your business with customers able to book appointments via the internet 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Free Online booking

Its 100% free for businesses to use MiQuando’s online calendar/diary internally. Manage all your appointments and bookings from wherever you are in the world at any time of day via the internet. No need to decipher scribbles, crossing outs and risk losing your paper diary system. MiQuando will keep all your data is safe, secure and backed up to our servers.

Customer Online Booking fees

There is a £1.00* fee for each booking whena customer makes that booking online themselves. All bookings made by internal staff/users are free of charge.

If you have chosen an enhanced membership level then depending on your membership package you will qualify to receive a number of customer bookings free of charge (Silver - 5, Gold - 10, Platinum 20). At the start of each month we will calculate the fees incurred (minus any free bookings) and we will send you an invoice.

* For accommodation bookings, each night is classed as a seperate booking e.g. 7 night booking incures a £7.00 fee

If you have a company website already, we provide the image and/or the necessary code to add a link to your own online calendar on MiQuando directly from your own website, adding online booking to your own web site in minutes.

Show your availability

You can choose which resources (people, rooms etc.) you want to be available for online booking. When your business is listed in MiQuando search results we automatically calculate and display your availability according to a customer’s specific search settings.
