Another fabulous afternoon at the spa. Everybody is so friendly and the atmosphere lovely and relaxing. Only one suggestion to make and that is there should be a desperate changing/shower area for gents. I wish I could afford to go at least once a month
Beautiful and Relaxing day
My sister and I were kindly gifted a full day at the spa and it was amazing! Even though other groups were at the spa at the same time, it felt like we had the place to ourselves most of the time. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Can't wait to go back again. Will be recommending to everyone. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful day.

Imperial Spa Day
I booked this for my friend and I and it was just what the doctor ordered. It was very relaxing and we couldn't fault the staff at all. More privacy in the changing area and showers would be good but this certainly wouldn't stop me coming back.
Handy location
The location is this spa is early handy for the east of the Island, for those who live and work there and the evening spa session could be attended on the way home from work. I found it difficult to book online, the system wouldn't let me so I had to ring up. An online booking system would be useful. Whilst trying to book I left email and phone messages and it took a few times for anyone to call me back. When we arrived, no-one appeared to be expecting us, which wasn't very welcome, the person who did greet us telling us that she was about to finish her shift. When the rest of the staff arrived, they were very friendly and welcoming and explained everything, giving us lots of options for what we wanted and when we could do everything. The changing rooms are quite small for the number of people who could be using them at any one time and the two showers that are in there are nice but there is not much room and no privacy for using the shower or if you need to chance. Changing rooms should be provided. The lockers were also a bit small. The treatments we had were lovely (facials, hot stone and exfoliating massages) and the staff were knowledgeable and professional. The spa pool was nice but we were told quite firmly that we would have an hour in there. An hour was fine though. The cheese and wine was very nice. There was a bit of hanging around after our treatments: the massage chairs weren't all switched on and we were told to be quiet when we were using them, them being located outside the treatment rooms. When we came out of our treatments we sat in the reception area amongst uncleared tables with no staff and the two other ladies who were in at the same time almost had to leave without paying (they were going to leave their details) as all the staff were busy. Our experience was nice but there are simple things that could have made it better - having staff there when people arrive, having staff available at the end of the sessions, clearing tables once they have finished being used and get rid of the massage chairs and provide more spacious changing rooms. It's nice to have a spa in the east though.

We really enjoyed our day. Just one minor thing, the room we had our lunch was very cold. Every one was very kind and helpful. the food was lovely. Looking forward to coming again and trying out the sauna.
