It is important to understand that all online transactions will be subject to distance selling regulations and as such every business should have their own Terms and Conditions of sale for use online, including cancellation terms etc.

Your Terms and Conditions of sale should be set here as the information you set here will be shown to customers when they accept your Ts & Cs at the time on booking online.

We provide a default set of Terms and Conditions that need to be updated to reflect your business.

Should you choose to use our template Terms & Conditions, please ensure that at a minumum you update your business details at the top of the document, your business name in Section 1 and the choose the applicable legal references in paragraphs 16.3 and 16.4
