The Time Slot style booking calendar is designed to meet the needs of a wide range of businesses such as Hardressers, Beauty Salons, Nailbars, Physiotherapists etc.
Choose Timeslot Booking Style from the drop down menu
Giver your service a name e.g. Evening Service
Add a Description - This appears in your profile and has value in helping people find you online so use this to mention what is special about this service and why people should choose it.
Choose when you wish this service to be available. *Tip: use this to set things up in advance or for limited time offers
Set the duration and Add as price if you want people to pay at the time of booking. (Learn about Special Offers)
Let the public book this service online or only allow booking for internal users.
If you want to collect payment up front select Yes. You can choose to collect just a deposit instead of the full amount.
You can choose to set a minimum amount of notice you require for bookings made online here.
Choose how frequently you want your time slots to show to customers online
Requiring customer's to sign-in means they must have a verified account. otherwise you can accept bookings from guest users who are still required to provide contact details.
You can choose to require customers to enter addtional information e.g. asking for any special dietary requirements.
On the left you will a list of Resources / People that can deliver this service. Click on one of the "AVailable Resources" then click the right arrow and that Resource is now matched to this Service and can be booked online.
